Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Once reviewed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to issue a replacement or refund when applicable.
👉 You will NOT be required to return the item, and no return shipping label is needed.
Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns for:

Items worn, washed, or used
All items are produced specifically for each order, which means returns for these reasons are not supported.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies due to a defect or error, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
For all other situations, a new order must be placed.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
